According to the official exhibitor registry for the 5th annual Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, both Rockstar and Take-Two will be in attendance during the expos run between the 21st and 25th of August. This will make Take-Two's third time attending the expo, and Rockstar's first.

Last year there was some confusion over whether Rockstar was to attend or not, as the trailer for the expo featured footage from the first Grand Theft Auto V trailer. Gamescom later clarified that Rockstar would not attend and that the footage within the trailer was added in error.

At the moment, there are two records for Take-Two and Rockstar in the exhibitor registry. The first references a Rockstar employee email address for contact, whilst the other directly references Rockstar in the record title. Both have a stand at the same location though, with one having a stand at an additional hall, so changes are both records are related, if not duplicates.

Assuming this is not in error, Rockstar should have a stand in Hall 5.2 at locations B030 & C031. What might be on display? GTAV seems a given that close to the release date; anything additional would be an unexpected surprise.
