Midnight Club: Los Angeles Trailer Surgery
Midnight Club: Los Angeles Trailer Surgery
The debut trailer sure had a lot of information hidden in it, more then you would usually recieve from a first trailer for a game. We have collected all information into one news post for you to enjoy, welcome to Midnight Club: Los Angeles...
Features:
- Improved Reflections - As you can see in this picture the helmet reflects what is in front of it in complete acuracy. However it is debatable that all reflections are not yet complete as in some sceens their are no reflections, while in other there are.
- Vehicles - Cars (obviously) and Bikes make a return.
- Graphics - Graphics have improved dramaticly, more clear and precice. They are Photo Realistic.
- RAGE Engine - The game uses Rockstar next-gen engine, the RAGE engine. RAGE stands for Rockstar Advanced Game Engine.
- Dashboard View - One of the expected many views is the new Dashboard view where the game puts you in the driving seat for real, you control the car and look out the windscreen. How more realisitc can it get?!
- Day and Night? - Seems like Midnight racing will now also take place during the day, or possible early morning.
Vehicles:
- Ford Mustang Boss 302 - Screenshot 1 | Screenshot 2
- Mitsubishi 3000GT - Screenshot 1 | Screenshot 2
- Saleen S7 - Screenshot 1 | Screenshot 2
- What appears to be a Lotus Elise - Screenshot
- One of the shots suggest the car is using “Sax Ricer 200” rims, which is most likely a brand. - Screenshot
Music:
- Digitalism - Idealistic - This is the song used in the trailer, it seems to be briefly edited in places but not much.
Resources:
- Wallpapers - We've created a wallpaper from the images on the official website that you might find useful.
+-- Chose your wallpaper type: Wallpaper with Logo - Wallpaper without Logo - Fancy Logo - The logo in the trailer is a little different to the current one, it's definitely very creative, check out a still-screen here
Note: In one of the shots the 3000GT is driving in a narrow street, with small buildings either side, however when the camera cuts to the rims, they are reflecting skyscrapers, which questions whether or not everything has true reflections.
Hope you find the information useful, the teams been working hard de-coding the trailer and we will continue to do so. If you still haven't seen the trailer, best do so now! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c68cg6Y3aiE.
