Max Payne 3 PC pushed further back
Max Payne 3 PC pushed further back
Rockstar has announced further details of Max Payne 3's delay. Originally to be launched at the same time as it's console counterparts, the PC version has been delayed even further. While the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions will be releasing on May 15 in North America and May 18 in Europe, the PC version will be released on May 29th in North America and June 1st in Europe. As rabid fans of both PC and Max, we have to admit this news is really disappointing to us. Max has always been a PC game in our eyes and it's a shame our first experience with Max Payne 3 will be limited to consoles. We understand the need to delay the game to ensure a bug free experience, but giving priority to consoles and holding back the platform that has supported Max the most throughout the years is saddening. However, it's good that the PC version is still planned for a release closer to the release of the consoles and not months after the fact, as what has happened to most PC games throughout the years.
